ABOUT PATRICIA

Guiding you to embrace your unique self while navigating the flow of life towards your envisioned future!

Patricia

My big dream is for you to reach inside yourself and open up to share and explore your pain, your fears, your questions, and your hopes and dreams.

In doing so, you can discover how all these parts are connected and that they are guiding you on a life path of purpose, meaning and fulfillment.

I consider it a sacred honor to walk this journey with you, and I can’t wait to meet you!

I know I’m on the right track when I’m working with a client and as they speak I get the all-telling goosebumps running up and down my arms.

For me, this is a sign of congruency, of wholeness, of synchronicity, of divine alignment. This makes my work worth every single second of output and is consistent with my view that what I do is truly of SERVICE.

When my clients come to me, they are usually going through some kind of life transition that has left them feeling overwhelmed and stuck.

I see you. I understand you. I’ve been there too.

During my two major life transitions I had to leave almost everything behind and renew my life. These were difficult and humbling times. There were many moments I thought I wouldn’t even make it. But I learned that times of transition were not simply waiting periods for the next thing to happen, but rather profound times of change that could teach me valuable lessons.

You are being given a vital opportunity to slow down and decide what you really want and need at this new moment in your life.

Walking this journey numerous times and having helped hundreds of clients do the same, makes me a strongly empathetic Life Coach.

Becoming a Life Coach and Educator was an answer to an inner calling that had tugged on my heartstrings for many years.

When I was young I always wanted to be a teacher when I grew up. This passion was fed during my middle and high school years while tutoring young children through the local Peer Counseling Program.

At the age of sixteen, I was introduced to meditation for the first time and quickly began a daily meditation practice which helped me during my teenage years. Meditation continues to be a part of my personal and professional life today.

In college I studied alternative education in Oregon and Germany. Years later I was also trained in the Dyslexia Self-Management Program and went on to become an educational specialist in the area of dyslexia and ADD. The aspects I loved most while working with special-needs children were the heart-centered interactions and rich conversations I had with them about their lives.

Life also drew me to further expand my educational experience and spiritual interests while living in an ashram in California and Italy. It was also during this time that I became a meditation instructor.

My experiences of life-centered tutoring and spiritual practice inspired me to seek a career change to combine them both.

Bringing Wholistic Life Renewal to Life

In 2010, I completed a two-year certified Life and Business Coach Training program and started my own private practice.

I remember coming along one huge stumbling block about two months into my life coach training many years ago.
With my head in my hands, I realized that there was no way I could ever have answers or guidance for all the different people of so many diverse backgrounds who might come to me! How could I advise a doctor, a lawyer or a parent, if I had not experienced any of those roles myself? I questioned my choice and fell into momentary despair.

I prayed for insight. And it came as a reassuring inner message:
It doesn’t matter what background, job, or life experience any of my potential clients would come from. They are all human – with human vulnerabilities and struggles, human limiting beliefs and human strength and courage. And this I could relate to.

I realized a vital lesson — that my strength could be in how I listened to my clients, how I asked questions, how I reflected back to them, and how I expressed compassion and empathy. I could help to hold them in all their vulnerabilities, and with my wisdom help to guide them back to a place of understanding, balance and even joy.

My Clients Love That I Have…
