Where two or more are gathered, there are endless possibilities for learning about ourselves, supportive exchange, and growth through mindful living. I offer my clients small group venues with personal attention and meaningful topics of interest. I hope you’ll come join me!

Inner Renewal Saturdays
Come join me for a group meditation, brief insight on a spiritual topic followed by a group discussion, and ending with universal healing prayers. This is a drop-in group so attend when you like!
Dates: May 28, June 18, July 16 and Aug 13
Time: Once a month on Saturday, 9:00am – 10:45am
Location: Zoom
Sliding scale fee: $10 – $20


Women’s Group
This women’s circle offers soulful support, opportunities to enhance personal growth and the development of lasting bonds. With an emphasis on conscious living, we always begin with an opening meditation, followed by personal sharing, writing, discussion and group coaching.
Time: This group meets twice a month on Tuesday evenings, 6:30pm – 9:00pm
Cost: $40 per session
Location: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, group meetings will be held via Zoom until further notice
Health & Wellness Support Group
Whatever health path you are following, everyone is welcome in this group. We support each other towards vibrant health and wellness, sharing our struggles, inspiration and motivation through personal sharing, writing and discussion.

Developing Intuition Course
We all have intuitive abilities and your intuition can guide you to profound insight about your life. In this course you will learn how to identify different types of intuitive experiences, recognize your own intuitive signals, and learn how to further develop your intuition through mediation.

Journey Through Grief and Loss
After losing a loved one, with ample support and guidance you will be able to experience grief in all its layers, ultimately leading you towards acceptance and healing. This group will focus on personal sharing, positive strategies, self care, and stress relief through guided meditation.

Meditation Course
This beginner’s Meditation Course teaches a gentle approach to meditation through breath awareness and concentration, with the purpose of reaching a peaceful and heightened state of inner awakening. This class series will guide you over several months to establish your own mediation practice.
